Mr. Fischer first began working with Milla Lvovich in 2009, and currently is Of Counsel at Lvovich & Szucsko, P.C. Since 2020, his focus has been on family law, restraining orders and civil disputes. Mr. Fischer advises and represents clients in divorce and post-divorce proceedings, including property division, child and spousal support, custody and visitation, and cases involving international child custody disputes. Mr. Fischer’s family law practice includes complex and high-conflict cases and extends to domestic violence restraining orders. His civil litigation practice includes civil harassment restraining orders, and other civil matters.
Mr. Fischer is currently pursuing his certification as a Family Law Specialist.
Prior to rejoining the Firm, Mr. Fischer had gained extensive experience representing public and private companies, including Fortune 500 companies and major European and Asian clients in complex litigation in both state and federal courts throughout the United States involving a wide range of issues, including real estate, labor and employment, securities, construction defect and contract claims, including class actions. He has tried numerous cases in both state and federal courts and has also represented high net-worth individuals in real estate matters involving the sale and leasing of office buildings, apartment projects, resort properties, retail stores, golf course, hotels and industrial facilities.
